ORDERING AN ITEM

-If you would like to know more about an item you can comment at the end of each post or email me at strawberrysatine@hotmail.com

-To buy an item, email with your order, your method of payment and your address to strawberrysatine@hotmail.com

-I charge 30p for paypal fees.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

-Prices do not include post and packaging costs

-Shipping to the UK is £1 (which includes packaging costs)

-I do ship worldwide, simply email me or comment with your location and I will get back to you on the cost. Because my items are small, no shipping should cost more than £2.

-For worldwide buyers I will convert the price into your currency for you, however this is only acceptable through paypal. If paying by postal order/cheque or cash I only accept GBP.

-Shipping may take 2-4 days in UK or 10-15 days worldwide.

-I will only ship once payment has been recieved.

-Once payment has been recieved, I will ship your order and add it to my shipped orders list.

-Once your item has been recieved, please email me and let me know! Thanks :)

OTHER INFORMATION

-All items are MADE TO ORDER

-Each item is made with a lot of care however, if an item has been damaged during postage I will happily repair it, or if it is beyond repair I will replace the item.

If you are willing to ship the item back to me I will repair or replace it and send it back with an extra small gift as compensation, If you aren't willing to ship the item back, email me a photo of the item to show that it is beyond repair and to let me know how it was damaged (this helps me find out if there are any parts of my products that need extra packaging to prevent breakage).

Breakage is rare although when it does occur can usually be fixed with a small amout of superglue.

-I do not offer refunds


-I accept paypal, personal cheque, postal order and concealed cash (at your own risk).

-I am an unverified paypal user, this is only because I do not own a credit or debit card, however my paypal account type allows you to pay with credit or debit card.
